  1. We do not offer any refunds after the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
  2. Customers are strongly advised to check the product carefully before making payment to the delivery person.
  3. If there is any issue with the product (wrong item, defect, or damage), it must be returned instantly to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  4. Once the product is accepted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.


Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item.


Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are damaged or defective.


Return & Exchange Policy

  2. No Return After Delivery: Once a product has been received and accepted, it cannot be returned later under any circumstances.
  3. Instant Return at Delivery: If there is any issue (wrong item, defect, damage, etc.), please return the product immediately to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  4. Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange the item (e.g., for size or color), you must inform us within 12–24 hours of receiving the product. Exchange depends on stock availability.


3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order as soon as possible, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.
